We collect different types of information depending on your user role on the platform:
Personal Identification: Full name, email address, and active mobile phone number.
Delivery & Location Data: Precise delivery addresses and real-time geographic location data to connect you with nearby restaurants and track deliveries.
Financial Information: Easypaisa wallet numbers or financial identifiers strictly to process secure payments for your food orders. We do not store your private MPINs or passwords.
Business Details: Official restaurant name, business registration information, and menu offerings.
Contact Information: Business email address and phone numbers for order dispatch management.
Financial/Payout Details: Bank account or Easypaisa business wallet details to disburse earned revenue from orders.
Personal & Employment Data: Full name, contact details, CNIC/identity verification documents, and employment records.
Background Location Data: Continuous, real-time location data (even when the app is running in the background) to assign nearby delivery orders, calculate precise delivery times, and provide live tracking to customers.
Khpalgo uses the collected data for the following essential business operations:
To facilitate, process, and accurately fulfill food orders between customers and vendors.
To provide live order tracking for customers via our employee delivery riders.
To process secure financial transactions and digital payments via authorized third-party gateways (Easypaisa).
To handle vendor payouts and employee rider remunerations.
To send crucial service notifications, such as Order Confirmations, One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for account security, and delivery updates.
Khpalgo integrates with Easypaisa (a third-party payment service provider) to handle financial transactions safely.
Purpose of Payment Gateway: Digital payments collected on our platform are strictly for the settlement of food items purchased by customers from listed vendors, along with applicable delivery fees.
Data Handling: When you make a payment using Easypaisa on Khpalgo, your payment details (such as your Easypaisa mobile number) are securely transmitted directly to the Easypaisa gateway via encrypted APIs. Khpalgo does not directly store, cache, or have access to your private financial credentials or PINs.
We do not sell your data. We only share information necessary to execute our core services:
With Vendors: Customers' names, delivery addresses, and phone numbers are shared with the specific restaurant preparing the order to ensure proper packaging and accuracy.
With Riders: Delivery addresses and phone numbers are shared with our employee riders to facilitate physical delivery.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by Pakistani law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
We implement strict industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of your data.
User Control & Deletion: All users (Customers and Vendors) have the right to request the permanent deletion of their accounts. You can request data deletion directly through your account profile settings within the app or by emailing us at Khpalgo@gmail.com. Upon verification, your personal data will be purged from our active databases within a reasonable legal timeframe.
